It’s often difficult, yet necessary to stop racing and take a moment to reflect on your life; to share with others your struggles, fears and insecurities; to invest time and create space for the things that really matter. Nature is the best stage for this kind of play, it is where we find silence, let go of stress and re-root ourselves. In the end, this is how it all started, the five elements (earth, water, fire, air and space) are the construct of our worlds and of our beings, they remind us of who we are and why we’re here. We create this type of learning environment for you, a space of introspection and clarity where you are temporarily detached from all kinds of distraction, such as phones, media and the overload of ‘stuff’ that we’re surrounded with day after day. Come drink water from the mountain rivers, chop wood, learn to make fire, cook local food together, bake bread, connect heart to heart with others and sleep under the starry night sky.  

 

Location

We take you to a place that challenges you physically and mentally. You’ll find yourself surrounded by rough, unexplored nature, away from your space of comfort, to challenge yourself, get inspired and compose new solutions for your future self. Or maybe you’ll simply realise how happy you already are. During our trek, we will move across the Italian Alps away from expectations and obligations; all you need to do is just be yourself and allow yourself to truly express your needs. Eat when you’re hungry, sleep when you’re tired.

Price

The cost for this expedition is € 895,- p.p. (ex. 21% VAT). This includes all overnight stays, all biological meals, as well as professional support from our mountain guides and facilitators. This excludes your flight to and from Milan Malpensa Airport. A transfer to the venue is taken care of.  We'll run this expedition with a minimum of 10 participants
